I am Stacy Viva, an American originally from Los Angeles who has been calling Madrid home for over a decade.
Living, working, and immersing myself in this vibrant country has been an incredible experience, allowing me to truly understand why Spain consistently ranks high in global quality of life surveys. It´s been a wonderful journey for me, and I am so excited to share my knowledge, research, and experience with you!

As the American liaison for the Berkshire Hathaway Home Services brand in Spain I have a personal relationship with real estate collaborators throughout the country and experience working with top banks, mortgage companies, law and tax strategy companies, healthcare providers, and interior designers. My network is strong and years in the making and I oversee the process so you gain immediate benefit when you work with me.
Literarily been there, done that experience. I have bought properties in Madrid, remodeled, rented long-term and short-term, and managed Airbnbs, so my experience is firsthand.

As a fellow American and real estate broker and agent in California, I bought and have sold properties for myself, for clients and for investors.
